At Keystone Institute, we strive to train well-rounded and compassionate behavioral sleep medicine providers, focusing on effective sleep therapy and evidence-based practices. Our emphasis is on delivering collaborative, patient-centered care for all sleep disorders across diverse communities, including the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI) and advanced sleep training techniques. For more information about our programs or to explore our offerings in the field of DBSM, please contact us.

At Keystone Institute, our goal is to increase the number of providers in behavioral sleep medicine (DBSM) to meet the growing demand for non-medicinal approaches to sleep problems, such as sleep therapy and CBTI. In 2016, the American College of Physicians issued a consensus statement indicating that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI) is the safest and most effective treatment for insomnia. However, there are not enough providers to meet this demand. We aim to improve access for everyone, so if you're interested in learning more, please don't hesitate to contact us about our sleep training programs.

Values guide behavior and culture within our training program focused on CBTI and evidence-based sleep therapy.
Expansion of Highly Trained Providers: Ensuring that more people have access to evidence-based, non-medicinal treatment for sleep disorders through DBSM and sleep training.
Patient-Centeredness: Prioritizing the holistic needs of patients and families.
Academic Excellence & Curiosity: A commitment to evidence-based behavioral sleep medicine, research, and lifelong learning.
Diversity & Inclusion: Cultivating a supportive environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Collaboration & Collegiality: Working as a part of a multidisciplinary team (pulmonology, neurology, psychiatry, pediatrics, dentistry) to enhance our sleep therapy offerings.
Integrity & Professionalism: Maintaining the highest ethical standards in clinical practice. For more information, feel free to contact us.
